Aaron chats with David Glenn about the state of the ACC, now that a critical deadline has passed with no teams announcing plans to move. What are the likeliest scenarios? Why is the conference considering adding two teams from California but not, say, Appalachian State or ECU? When conferences weigh adding a new school, do academics really matter at all? What does all this mean for non-revenue sports? And wouldn’t it just be better to make college football its own separate national league, and just leave the conferences alone for all the other sports?
