Today’s a special day for the ArtsCenter: the town of Carrboro has officially declared August 15 as “ArtsCenter Day” in Carrboro, in honor of its 50th anniversary. And tonight at 5:00, everyone’s invited to join the ArtsCenter as they unveil “The Creative Spirit,” the iconic guardian angel sculpture that graced the rooftop of their previous location – and will now be restored to the rooftop of their new spot.
