We’re now more than a week into war with Iran, and there are a lot of unanswered questions: what is the actual aim? What might be the endpoint? And what might be the long-term consequences, both in the Middle East and worldwide? For an extended conversation to consider these and other questions, Aaron welcomes two UNC scholars whose research and expertise give them some insight into the situation: political scientist Navin Bapat and historian Klaus Larres.
