What is the state of our community? Aaron chats with Aaron Nelson, president of the Chamber for a Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro, who delivered his annual “State of the Community” report last week. This year the focus is largely on housing, with a recent spike in home prices and an increase in the percentage of residents who rent; Keck and Nelson also discuss traffic, commercial expansion, and the resilience of the local economy through the COVID pandemic.
