What kind of education should schools be providing to students – and what kind of education should students be seeking – in the age of AI? Aaron welcomes UNC education professor Jeffrey Greene, whose research focuses on the importance of “self-regulated learning” – which he argues is a vital skill for human success, both today and going forward. (What is “self-regulated learning”? Greene says it’s all about developing the abilities – and the attitude – that will allow us to keep advancing and growing ourselves, thinking about our own thinking, and adapting to changing circumstances.)
