Carolina shut out visiting Wisconsin in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday in Chapel Hill, as the Tar Heels earned their second 4-0 victory in as many days to advance to the Round of 16.

The Tar Heels once again won the doubles point, though the Badgers made the No. 4 overall seed sweat. Fiona Crawley and Carson Tanguilig breezed through a 6-3 win on Court No. 1, but Abbey Forbes and Reilly Tran dropped their match 3-6 on Court No. 3. Elizabeth Scotty and Anika Yarlagadda were locked in a close battle on Court No. 2, but pulled out a 7-5 win to earn the point for Carolina.

The singles portion of the afternoon had much less drama, as Scotty and Tanguilig both dominated in straight sets before Crawley won the clincher, 6-0, 6-3.

UNC will face either Oklahoma or No. 13 overall seed Texas A&M in the Round of 16, which is scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. in Chapel Hill regardless of opponent. The Tar Heels are looking to reach the national quarterfinals for the fifth straight tournament.
