UNC senior Alexa Graham defeated UCLA’s Abbey Forbes in dominant fashion on Sunday to claim the Oracle/ITA National Fall championship.

Graham ran through Forbes in straight sets (6-0, 6-1) to become just the third Tar Heel to ever win the event, joining Jamie Loeb (2013) and Sara Daavettila (2019).

The five-time All-American has helped guide UNC to two indoor national titles and three ACC titles, but this is her first major individual tournament victory.

She is the third player on the current roster with a major ITA individual title, along with Daavettila and Alle Sanford.
