The North Carolina women’s lacrosse team won its second consecutive road game on Tuesday night with a 13-2 victory at Elon.
Sammy Jo Tracy led the UNC attack with three goals and one assist. Molly Hendrick added three goals of her own, and Sydney Holman – fresh off of a game-winning goal against Virginia over the weekend – contributed three assists.
No. 4 UNC got off to a fast start with a 6-0 lead over the Phoenix.
Carolina is now 6-2 on the season and will return to action on Sunday at Northwestern.
