The UNC football program revealed on Monday via Twitter that it has renovated and re-branded the first two floors of the Kenan Football Center.
It’s a project that has been getting worked on throughout the spring, with more upgrades set to be revealed on Sunday, Apr. 19.
Coming off a surprise 7-6 season in 2019–complete with the program’s first bowl win since 2013–expectations for the Tar Heels are sky high for 2020 in the second year of head coach Mack Brown’s second tenure with the team.
These upgrades should also play a huge role in helping UNC remain on its current hot streak in high-school recruiting. The Tar Heels currently have nine recruits ranked inside the ESPN 300 committed to join the Class of 2021, a number matched or exceeded by only Ohio State and Clemson.
