
UNC will travel down to Atlanta Saturday afternoon to face Ohio State in the 12th annual installment of the CBS Sports Classic. The Tar Heels are a perfect 3-0 against the Buckeyes in the CBS Sports Classic and have won 13 of 16 all-time meetings.
If you aren’t making the trip down to Atlanta with the team, here’s how you can follow along at home:
Broadcast Schedule
Those hoping to listen on the radio can do so at 97.9 FM and 1360 AM, or by streaming the radio broadcast on chapelboro.com.
97.9 The Hill’s radio broadcast of the game will begin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with Countdown to Tip-Off, hosted by Brighton McConnell. At 2 p.m., coverage will shift over to Jones Angell and the Tar Heel Sports Network for their pregame coverage until tip-off. They will also carry postgame coverage for approximately an hour after the conclusion of the game.
For preseason, regular season and ACC Tournament game broadcasts, you can access the stream (computer, tablet or phone) through chapelboro.com, TuneIN or most streaming apps, but you must be within 75 miles of Chapel Hill and have your location services for your device turned on. If you live more than 75 miles outside of Chapel Hill, you can access the Tar Heel Sports Network game broadcast stream through the Varsity Network.

TV Schedule
Television coverage of Saturday’s game begins with tip-off at 3 p.m. The game will be broadcast on CBS. The Triangle’s local CBS affiliate is WNCN, Channel 17. As of today, AT&T, DirecTV, Xfinity, Dish Network and Spectrum all carry CBS.
What if I don’t have cable?
A live stream will be available on CBS’s online platforms. You must enter your television provider for access. Additionally, several cord-cutting options carry CBS.
YouTube TV costs $83/month and carries CBS.
Hulu TV starts at $89/month and includes CBS, but does not carry NBA TV or NFL Red Zone.
DirecTV STREAM carries CBS and starts at $90/month.
Paramount+ offers access to the complete CBS library of shows and broadcasts, as well as live TV. It starts at $13/month.
