The greatest rivalry in sports is set for another round Thursday night when Carolina hosts Duke in the Dean Smith Center. The matchup once again pits two Top 25 teams. Inside Carolina gets you set for the first round of the 2018 heavyweight fight between the Tar Heels and the Blue Devils. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. Coverage on 97.9 The Hill begins at 6:30 p.m.
