This month on “The Changemakers” join for a discussion with Heidi Lanford and Vince Stuntebeck, co-founders of NavAlytix, an “AI value platform that helps you determine where to place your investment to achieve maximum ROI on your AI opportunities,” according to its website description.
“NavAlytix is a company that helps enterprise organizations determine where they should place their bets on AI initiatives in their company,” said Heidi Lanford. “So, everybody’s talking about AI right now. We’ve seen a lot of failed pilots, people are concerned about wasting money, not demonstrating the return on investment, and we help solve that problem because we analyze where companies should make those investments and we assess how ready they are via our software platform that we have built over the course of the past year and a half.”

By finding opportunities to scale and refine processes, NavAlytix has grown into its own as an AI-focused business, pushing adoption through data-driven successes from small environments to large-scale use cases.
“We’re really passionate about solving this problem,” said Lanford. “As leaders who have been in the shoes of the people we’re trying to sell to, we think it should be easier for them to get success, get adoption, get wins on the board.”
