“[The Blue Hill District] is accessible, and you have a great mix of audience. Whether you are moved here from another city or state, another part of the world, or you decided to live here through the university or work — young professionals are working here, and enjoying the ability to go to good restaurants. … The social, the business, the university, the hospital — they are all very enticing for me to be in this community. Same things with Duke, same thing with State and Raleigh. I think we have a pleasant, supportive community to live in, and that’s something we don’t take for granted.”
