Every month on 97.9 The Hill, we are joined a member of the Goldfish team for a conversation about building confidence in kids, in and out of the pool. You can listen to this month’s full segment above as Andrew Stuckey was joined on air by Goldfish Swim School of Chapel Hill general manager Megan Sweeten and assistant general manager Lola Agboola!

This month, Andrew, Megan and Lola discuss colder-weather months, holiday specials, the staff at Goldfish, “the Golden Experience” and more!

“The staff that we hire, it’s really important that they’re super compassionate people, they’re really patient when it comes to kids and they really want to see other people succeed,” said Agboola. “Whether you’re an instructor or you’re working on the dry side at Goldfish, there’s a place for everyone and there’s something that everyone can do in order to — and there’s something for the managers, for us, to do — in order to help them become their best version of themselves and to find a successful place at Goldfish.”

Listen above for more details on the staff at Goldfish — and how to join them — as well as some hot tips on the Goldfish Swim School holiday packages!

“We’ve sold out every year so far, and it’s the beginning of December and we’re already over 50% sold, said Sweeten. “So, if you are a parent or grandparent or like me, I’m an aunt who loves to buy experiences for my nephews, our holiday packages are the way to go. It’s giving the gift of the Goldfish experience and it’s giving them the opportunity to learn a life saving skill!”
