National Drug and Alcohol Fact Week is an annual event happening each March that focuses on the science of drug use and addiction and educates and empowers youth to make informed decisions about substance use and their health. This year, National Drug and Alcohol Face Week began on March 17th and will conclude this Sunday, the 23rd.

Listen to the full conversation between 97.9 The Hill’s Aaron Keck, Christie Barker-Cummings, and Annalie Cummings and they discuss some of the most used drugs among youth and adults, the importance of early intervention, and some signs and resources that parents should be aware of to get the conversation started.

Bridging the Gap, presented by Orange Partnership, showcases a new conversation on the first Friday of each month airing on 97.9 The Hill, with the full series posted on Chapelboro.
