Postcards at FRANK

In early March, FRANK distributed 2,000 self-addressed postcards  as an invitation to individuals throughout the community to make a drawing of a person, place or think of personal significance and mail it back to FRANK.  The result? Beautiful, miniature one-of a kind masterpieces; all the size of a postcard!
