The sudden downpour on Wednesday didn’t stop Performance BMW from holding a successful charity auction featuring the highly anticipated BMW i8 hybrid. Multiple great items were auctioned, but the main event was the i8, which was a sight to behold. The event raised thousands of dollars for UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, Duke Cancer Institute, Triangle United Way, and Triangle Meals on Wheels.
