Verla Insko on Senator Kinnaird

The 23rd Senatorial District Executive Committee is charged with nominating someone to serve the remainder of Kinnaird’s term.

Senator Kinnaird announced that she will be resigning from her position as State Senator for Orange and Chatham Counties.
