The winners of the 2016 WCHLChapelboro People’s Choice Awards were announced Friday night at the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.

During the nomination period of February 22 to March 13, a total of 596 businesses in fifteen categories were nominated.  See complete list below.  The five businesses with the most nominations in each category made it onto the final ballot.

Online voting was held from March 28th to April 15th to determine the winner in each category. Only one ballot per IP address was counted.
