CHAPEL HILL – The Orange County Department on Aging invites veterans to a breakfast given in their honor on Monday November 11 at the Central Orange Senior Center from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The Amedisys Hospice Services, Orange County Department on Aging, and the Orange County Department of Social Services are co-sponsoring the event to show appreciation for veterans’ contributions.

Friends of the Central Orange Senior Center is hosting a holiday craft fundraiser on November 23.
The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Central Orange Senior Center. The fundraiser will showcase a variety of holiday crafts including jewelry, pottery, quilts, art and more. Hot dogs and drink will also be sale.
If you are a crafter and would be interested in displaying your work, contact the Central Orange Senior Center before November 9.
