Orange County’s Whitted Building and Central Gym will be closed Wednesday due to “an unexpected facility issue.”

County officials said Tuesday night that a boiler that provides heat to the facility had to be shut down overnight for repair work. Concerns were that the work would not allow the building to heat up enough to open on Wednesday.

The open gym at Central Gym has been canceled for Wednesday.
