Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Deputy Superintendent Al Ciarochi and Chief Communications Officer Andy Jenks spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Wednesday, May 22. They discussed the upcoming schools bond referendum coming to the ballot in November. They also shared further details on a proposal on the district’s facility needs, including the plan for Estes Hills Elementary School, and expected outcomes for students, families, and staff.
