Phillips Middle School Principal Tiffany Cheshire spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Monday, April 29th. She talked about being named Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School Principal of the Year. She recounted the story of learning that she had won the award during a large celebration at the school.
