Local Artist and Muralist Mayanthi Jayawardena spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Monday, April 10th.  She discussed the completion of her mural, Lotus Rising: An Ode To Women, located on the side of the Lantern Restaurant. She discussed her journey to becoming a muralist, other works she has completed, and how this mural came about.
