Distinguished Professor at UNC Chapel Hill Cheryl Zimmerman spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey. Zimmerman is the executive director for the National Center for Excellence in Assisted Living. She discussed the workforce shortage in assisted living spaces, what has caused that shortage, and the future implications.
