Hillsborough Mayor Mark Bell spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, October 1. He discussed the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, both locally and in western North Carolina. He talked about River Walk and other parts of Hillsborough, as well as how locals are helping with the recovery.
