Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger speaks with 97.9 The Hill’s Brighton McConnell on Thursday, August 10. As more reports begin to be shared after Chelsea and Wrexham’s friendly in Chapel Hill, Hemminger says the soccer game is shaping up as a big financial boost for local businesses. The mayor also shares details on several connectivity and pedestrian safety projects starting around town, all with the goal of providing more options for people to get out of cars to move around. Plus, Hemminger previews some final town events of the summer!
