Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 the Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, April 13th.  She discussed community events, including the the Bocce Derby, Sutton’s 100th birthday, and more. She also discussed the town council’s complete communities work session, where the council discussed recommendations for increasing density and affordability of housing in Chapel Hill. The council discussed allowing for more duplexes in future town development. No decisions or votes were taken during the council’s work session.
