Popular State Reality Shows

Which reality shows are the most popular in each state?  The fine folks at CableTV.com have your answer based on Google Trends.

The two shows with the most state love were A&E’s “Hoarders” and NBC’s “The Apprentice.”  Both shows are the most popular program in five states.  For several states, the most popular reality show is based on local culture.  In California, they love “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”  Utah’s favorite show is “Sister Wives.”  “Duck Dynasty” is the most favorite reality show in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.  But, in Louisiana where the show is based, they prefer the “Real Housewives.”

North Carolina goes for “American Idol.”
