Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office are asking for your help identifying a man wanted in connection with a home and vehicle burglary that happened Wednesday afternoon.
Investigator Doug Koehler says the suspect allegedly broke into a woman’s car parked in Durham and stole her wallet, purse and keys. The suspect used the victim’s ID and her house keys to then burgle her home in Eastern Orange County, just over the Durham line.
The Sheriff’s Office has released a picture of the suspect taken at Fidelity Bank in Durham where the man tried to use the victim’s bank card to withdraw money from the ATM.
