CHAPEL HILL – Due to heavy rains from Tropical Storm Andrea, first pitch of game one of the Super Regional between North Carolina and South Carolina was moved to Saturday at 12:05 p.m.
The game was originally scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday. Before 11:00 a.m. Friday game officials announced that it was not possible to begin before 3:00 p.m. Then at noon, game officials decided it would not be possible to play the game.
The entire schedule will shift with game one Saturday, game two Sunday at 1:00 p.m., and game three Monday, if necessary, with the time to be determined after Sunday’s conclusion.
