Saturday marks the final day to early vote in the North Carolina primary. Voters will be choosing their party’s candidates for the general election for the offices of President, US Senate, Governor, Lt. Early voting starts on Thursday across North Carolina for the 2016 primary election and endorsements are coming in fast and furious as voters prepare to head to the polls. Filing for the 2016 election is in its second week and names continue to trickle into the race. Andy Cagle has filed as a Democratic candidate for the at-large seat on the Board of County Commissioners up for election. Cagle ran unsuccessfully for Sheriff in 2014.
