CHAPEL HILL – The North Carolina football team reports to campus Wednesday as football season kicks off one month from Monday.

Thursday morning, the team officially meets for the first time. Your chance to “Meet the Heels” is not much longer after that. On Saturday, the Tar Heels head to Kenan Stadium after a morning practice to sign autographs. Meet the Heels is a two-hour event and begins at 4:00 p.m.

Carolina will practice every day until August 10, which marks the first scrimmage of the preseason practice schedule. August 11 will mark the first day off.

The first day of classes is August 20, in which no practice will be held. It also marks the first Larry Fedora Live talk show from Top of the Hill of the 2013 season.

UNC departs for Columbia, South Carolina Wednesday, August 28 for the season kickoff on the 29th.
