2019 Election Results
Tuesday marks Election Day in Orange County and across North Carolina. Polls opened in the Tar Heel State at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and will close at 7:30 p.m. Voters in line when polls close are still eligible to vote. Voters must go to their precinct location to vote on Election Day. More information regarding voting locations and sample ballots can be found here.

For boards with multiple seats the percentages you list could be misleading! For School Board, it’s not guaranteed that everyone voted for 4 people, but for example Rani Dasi was likely voted for on the vast majority of ballots, rather than just 23.6%.
Sad day for Hillsborough when you can’t elect better Candidates than Evelyn Lloyd and Matt Hughes !!!
This is true. I voted for 3 people instead of 4 in that item. That’s at least one person who did exactly as you described. If you don’t like any of the rest of the choices, don’t choose. Makes it a little harder for the people your really support to pull ahead if they are lumped in with a “meh” choice on your ballot.
I’m glad Tai won. Seems like a wicked clever kid with a relatively extensive amount of experience. Something like this on a resume means a lot more for his future than it does for an incumbent.
