Deepen your awareness about how mindfulness, meditation, & movement tap into natural healing, re-wire your brain, access intuitive wisdom, balance energy, and create inner peace. Each monthly workshop cultivates new M&M&M holistic self-care practices.
Dates: 2nd Tuesday of January, February, March, April
January 8th, February 12th, March 12th, April 9th
Times: 11:30am- 1:30pm OR 6:30pm -8:30pm
Cost: $35 early bird when you register by the 1st of that month; $40 after the 1st
