FREE Yoga for a Balanced Life

The Studio at A Step To Health is celebrating its first anniversary with a week of free classes. Yoga for a Balanced Life with Robin DeMent is an alignment-based class, focused on the length, strength and integrated movement of the spine and core muscles, is grounded on the theme of ‘treating with opposites to achieve balance’ – focusing on moving the body, breath, heart and mind in opposite ways to those encouraged by our everyday habits and external influences. All students are welcome – whether new to yoga; suffering from shoulder, back or hip pain; dealing with the challenges of aging or injury; or those simply wishing to feel more comfortable, calm and balanced.
