FREE Gentle Yoga

The Studio at A Step To Health is celebrating its First Anniversary with a week of free classes. If you’re new to yoga, easing your way back into movement, or just trying to slow down and relax more, Gentle Yoga with Emily Burrows is for you. In this class we’ll practice gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness, with an emphasis on self compassion and peaceful connection with your body. There’s plenty of space to ask questions and explore. Forget the notion that you have to be young, thin, and bend like a pretzel to practice yoga. Yoga is for your unique body!
