Chapel Hill Mayor Jess Anderson spoke with 97.9 The Hill's Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, March 28. She discussed upcoming plans for the town council, including the possibility of a tax increase as we get into budget season. She also discussed the Vision Zero strategy for eliminating pedestrian fatalities, with a public presentation coming up tonight at the Chapel Hill Public Library. They also both shared thoughts on Chapel Hill's new downtown art installation "Rubbish the Racoon," and more.
