Carolina men’s soccer will host Virginia Tech Friday at 7 p.m.; the match includes a special tribute to Tar Heel alums during halftime for Alumni Weekend.
Former players will also be available after the game for pictures and autographs with the team.
UNC has won its last three meetings with the Virginia Tech at Fetzer Field, including a 2-0 victory in the last match in Chapel Hill in 2012. Both the Heels and the Hokies post a 7-4 overall record with two wins and losses in the ACC, tying them at six points in the conference’s Coastal Division standings.
