Most selections are picked from small, family-owned estates throughout the world — ensuring the highest quality every time.

Like any classic Carrboro restaurant, Glasshalfull stresses local and healthy ingredients for their Mediterranean-inspired American dishes — pairings and experimentation with the delicious food and fine wines makes any romantic outing a night to remember.
