This blog’s purpose is twofold:
#1 –Address the practical aspects of home purchases and refinances. This could be from pre-application to programs, underwriting to closing, do’s and don’ts, with assorted trials, tribulations and examples.
#2- Talk about buying, selling, and renovating homes in the Chapelboro market. Since I’m not a licensed Realtor, I will have expert Realtors, attorneys, appraisers, insurance agents, and home inspectors that I will interview and ask the questions you ‘ve been wondering about.

I expect this column to be fun , highly practical, and hope to milk and grill sacred cows. Occasionally I may rant about the Dodd Frank Regulations and how the majority of home borrowers have been sacrificed for the few.
