CHAPEL HILL – Game three of the NCAA Chapel Hill Super Regional is set for 7 p.m. Monday and will be televised on ESPN2. The winner moves on the College World Series in Omaha, Neb.

UNC will be the home team for the contest.

The Heels took the first game of the series Saturday, narrowly edging out the Gamecocks, 6-5, after freshman outfielder Skye Bolt drove-in the game-winning Parks Jordan run. South Carolina, though, responded in game two Sunday, shutting-out and shutting-down the Heels, 8-0, after a monster pitching performance by Gamecock left-hander Jordan Montgomery.

Sophomore right-hander Benton Moss (8-1, 3.27 ERA) will take the ball for the Tar Heels, while the Gamecocks will send freshman left-hander Jack Wynkoop (7-3, 2.92 ERA) to the mound.

97.9 FM WCHL and Chapelboro.com will be broadcasting and live-streaming all of the action.
