After making a strong statement with a 15-5 win over fifth-ranked Louisville last weekend, two Tar Heels will take home hardware.
Attacker Sammy Jo Tracy has been named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week and senior goalie Megan Ward is the ACC Defensive Player of the Week.
Ward had a career high 13 saves against Louisville, while Tracy has three goals and seven draw controls.
The third-ranked Tar Heels are now on an eight game winning streak and are undefeated in conference play.
They’ll look to extend their streak Saturday when they travel to take on Syracuse.
