The North Carolina Tar Heel football team is coming off a drubbing of rival Duke on Saturday and moved up four spots in the Associated Press College Football Poll.

UNC moved from 21 to 17 in the new poll, released on Sunday.

Clemson moved up to the top spot in the AP Poll after beating the Florida State Seminoles in Death Valley over the weekend.

With that win, Clemson clinched the Atlantic Division of the ACC.

Carolina could clinch the Coastal Division next week with a win over Miami coupled with a Duke victory over Pittsburgh. Regardless of other game outcomes, Carolina will win the Coastal Division if the Tar Heels win the remaining games on the calendar.

That would set up a game with the Tigers and Tar Heels in Charlotte for the ACC title.

Carolina was left out of the first College Football Playoff rankings announced last week. The new rankings will be released on Tuesday night.
