The North Carolina men’s tennis team is still unbeaten on the season after a dominating victory on Wednesday evening over UNC Greensboro.

The top-ranked Tar Heels improved to 12-0 on the season by knocking off the visiting Spartans.

UNC swept the points in the match 7-0 starting with securing the doubles point before also winning the singles matches.

The start time of the Wednesday match was delayed due to severe weather that led to tornado warnings in the Chapel Hill area.

Carolina has three more non-conference matches before the start of conference play. The Tar Heels host a double header on Monday, welcoming in Campbell at three o’clock and North Carolina Central at seven. UNC will then host Vanderbilt on March 4. Atlantic Coast Conference play begins on March 11 at Florida State.
