The UNC men’s basketball team looks to defend their home court against Clemson for the 58th time in a row.

Clemson has yet to win a men’s basketball game in Chapel Hill, with a 0-57 record.

The Tar Heels have won seven straight over the Tigers overall and beat Clemson 74-50 last season. Kennedy Meeks led Carolina with 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Meeks is expected to miss the game against Clemson this year with a bone bruise, which has kept him out of the past four games.

Brice Johnson has stepped up in the absence of Meeks, putting up 16 points and 16 rebounds against UNCG.

He has scored more than 20 points in three of the four games without Meeks, including a career high of 27 against UCLA.

Standing in his way will be 6-10 senior center Landry Nnoko, who is averaging 2.4 blocks per game.

Clemson enters the game with a 7-5 record. They will be led offensively by junior forward Jaron Blossomgame, who has averaged 15.4 points and 6.9 rebounds per game, leading the team in both categories.

Senior Marcus Paige is expected to play. He injured his ankle and missed the second half against Appalachian State last week and was a game-time decision for the UNC-Greensboro game, but ended up playing 20 minutes.
