For the first time all season, we had a week with no major upsets shaking up the men’s college basketball world.

The result is an AP Top 25 released Monday with the top 11 teams–including seventh-ranked UNC–holding their positions from last week’s poll.

Defending national champion Villanova sits atop the rankings with 56 of a possible 65 first place votes, while UCLA, Kansas, Baylor and Duke round out the top five.

After surviving an upset bid against Tennessee on Sunday, the Tar Heels will have the rest of this week to finish exams and prepare for a showdown in Las Vegas on Saturday against the No. 6 Kentucky Wildcats.

Also key to UNC’s success will be the return of junior point guard Joel Berry from a sprained left ankle.

The ACC leads all conferences this week with six teams among the top 25. Duke and UNC are joined by No. 11 Louisville, No. 13 Virginia, No. 21 Notre Dame and No. 23 Florida State.
