CHAPEL HILL – The No. 12 UNC men’s soccer team is midway through its regular season schedule and sees a record unlike many that have come before.

The Tar Heels have tied three of its last four opponents, including the most recent 0-0 decision against Duke. The constant deadlocks together with a 1-0 loss to William & Mary dropped UNC from the top spot to No. 12 in last week’s poll; the new rankings release on Tuesday.

Carolina’s opponent saw some movement in the polls last week as well but in the opposite direction. The Tigers are right next to the Tar Heels at No. 13 moving up three spots. However, Clemson’s last three meetings resulted in a win, overtime loss to Notre Dame, and tie.

Tuesday’s meeting between Carolina and Clemson kicks off at 7:00 p.m. at Fetzer Field. You can catch all the action live on ESPN3.
