DURHAM – The Durham Police report of Samuel Peterson “P.J.” Hairston, Jr. lists a Star nine millimeter handgun and magazine with nine rounds found in the vehicle he was driving Wednesday.
Hairston and two others, Miykael Faulcon and Carlos Sanford, were stopped at a license check Wednesday night on Holloway Street in Durham. He was also charged with driving without a license and was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond. The two other men were also found in possession of marijuana.
Attempts to contact the Durham Police were not immediately returned. The report does not list any additional charges.
The report lists the gun at a value of $200 and the ammunition totaling $50. It also lists the vehicle as a 2013 silver GMC Yukon with North Carolina license plate number BKP7773.
