Four Tar Heels were included this week in Top Drawer Soccer’s newly released Midseason Top 100 list–which ranks the top men’s soccer players in the nation.

Sophomore midfielder Cam Lindley was the highest UNC player on the list, checking in at No. 2.

Lindley’s six goals and nine assists give him a team-high 21 points this season.

Other Tar Heels listed include: forward Alan Winn (No. 18), midfielder Mauricio Pineda (No. 46) and forward Zach Wright (No. 75).

Winn leads UNC with eight goals in 2017, while Wright is second on the team–but ranks seventh in the nation–with eight assists.

Pineda, meanwhile, has started all 15 games and been a steadying force in the midfield for head coach Carlos Somoano. He currently sits fourth on the team with 25 shots.

The Tar Heels (12-2-1) are ranked fourth in the country and will return to action on Sunday against ACC foe Virginia Tech.
